Lindsey Mulinix Ewert

Managing Member
Ms. Ewert’s practice focuses on business and civil litigation.  Lindsey received her B.A., magna cum laude, in English Literature from Arizona State University in 2007.  While attending college at ASU, Lindsey was an active member of the Chi Omega Sorority, Psi Epsilon Chapter.  She graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 2011. While in school, Lindsey was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, on the Dean’s Honor Roll, and active in the Student Bar Association. Lindsey worked at the State Capitol as a Legal Intern for Lieutenant Governor Jari Askins from May 2009 until January of 2011.

Lindsey is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court for the State of Oklahoma (2011) and the United States District Court for the Western District Court of Oklahoma. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.

Lindsey is an Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, the Trial Honorary Society, and a member of the Trial Institute and Diversity Law Institute. She also qualifies as a Barrister in the Order of Veritas.
